Refund Policy

This document is intended to be used as a supplement to the Terms of Service, which together constitute a legally binding agreement between you and B.V.

By making a purchase, you certify that you have read, understood and agree with our Refund Policy and you expressly consent to the loss of your right of withdrawal and waive any rights in connection thereto. is an online platform that allows its users to trade in-game items (virtual items) for use within games on the Steam platform between other Steam platform users (the “Services”).

Users are allowed to purchase wallet funds in specific denominations (the “Wallet Funds”). Wallet Funds are non-transferable and do not constitute a personal property right, have no value outside the Service and can only be redeemed into virtual goods. Once the Wallet Funds are added to the user's account, the users may use these funds to purchase virtual goods from the Service. Once an item is purchased, and if it is marked as withdrawable instantly, it is immediately withdrawable by the user to their Steam inventory. If you purchase virtual goods with trade lock, the item will be reserved and you will be able to withdraw it to your Steam inventory after the expiration date of the hold period.

You may request a refund for your purchased Wallet Funds within fourteen days of purchase and if you have not used any of those Wallet Funds. You will receive the refund through the same payment method you used to make the purchase.

Fraudulent transactions. If the purchase was not made by you and your payment credentials were used fraudulently, please contact our customer support by any means stated below as soon as possible. We will investigate the case and if the Wallet Funds have not been used and are still in our system we will proceed with the refund, otherwise, we will not be able to issue a refund.
